Maynards Europe have been appointed by Li-Tec Battery to manage sale of Lithium-Ion Cell Production

Maynards Europe GmbH, today announced that they have been appointed by Li-Tec Battery GmbH, a leading global manufacturer of large-scale lithium-ion battery cells, to manage a sale for three GROHMANN Lithium-Ion Cell Assembly Lines located at the Germany-based plant in Kamenz near Dresden.

The fully automatic assembly lines with a production capacity of 1.400 cells per shift have been installed in 2011/12 and are producing 40 Ah / 52 Ah cells used in the current Mercedes smart fortwo electric-drive-model.
