Samir Camdzic is currently a Systems Engineer and Functional
Safety expert in the BMC – Integrated Power Management (IPM) product line at
Texas Instruments (TI). He has been in this role for the last ten years,
responsible for the safety architecture definition of active and passive safety
ICs with integrated power management, sensor interfaces and power stage
pre-drivers. He joined TI in 1996 and prior his current assignment has
worked as a design engineer and design lead on a variety of consumer products
(USB, PCI-Express physical layer interface ICs), integrated automotive safety
products (power steering, squib drivers and motor drivers ICs). Prior to joining
TI, Samir worked 4 years as a design engineer at IBM Federal Systems,
Space Payload Systems.
