Thomas Kirschbaum studied communications engineering and graduated with a degree in electrical engineering. Since 1995 is employed at Robert Bosch GmbH. As Senior Expert System Safety he is contributing his many years of experience in the field of safety to the standardization of highly automated road vehicles (ISO/TR 4804, ISO/TS 5083) and to the standardization activities for the European AI-Act.
