Thomas Dillinger joined Adient in 2000. As an expert in seat technology with respect to comfort, ergonomics, safety, acoustics, and functional integration, he is now responsible for Complete Seat innovation in EMEA. In his function as Adient’s presenter at roadshows, he actively contributes to the cooperation with all customers on new needs and demands. This led to new technical solutions and one of his 38 publications (Google Patents December 2022).
