The COVID-19 pandemic has severely impacted traditional client/supplier interactivity. Working from home has been the norm for most on both sides of the relationship and physical contacts have been very limited. However, the industry has continued to move forward with project awards in 2020 and 2021/22 are predicted to be good years in terms of FPSO project volume. The disruption to normal working life has forced companies to innovate their customer relationship strategy and some of these practices may become permanent in the post pandemic world.
In this roundtable discussion we will discuss and share experiences on:
Moderator: Graeme Orr, Global Offshore Sales Manager, SUEZ
Graeme is responsible for the global offshore sales activity of Suez. With over 30 years of experience in sales of high value equipment and services, the last thirteen years of which were focused exclusively on offshore water treatment systems, Graeme has a thorough understanding of the processes and drivers that influence the market. Based in the UK and travelling around the oil regions of the world has given Graeme a fascination for different cultures and business practices as well as for emerging technologies and new developments in the offshore world.
