Dr. Manlio Valerio Morganti

Lead Thermal Engineer JLR

Manlio V. Morganti obtained is BEng from Milan Polytechnic, his MSc from Northumbria University, both in Mechanical Engineering. After briefly working for MSX International, he obtained his PhD from Cranfield University, with a thesis on multi-domain battery modelling and experimental validation, a project fully funded by Arrival. He then worked on battery and thermal management modelling first at Delta (Cosworth Group) and then joined JLR. His current responsibilities mostly involve 1D battery pack modelling.
