His pivotal role at Stellantis involves NVH development and refinement of engines, transmissions, drivelines, and ALL NEW electrified propulsion products. He led the NVH development/refinement of Hybrid/Electric vehicles like the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid, Fiat 500e, Jeep Renegade and Grand Cherokee Plug-in Hybrids and Maserati Grecale and Ram Promaster Battery-Electric Vehicles. Rocky also collaborates globally on harmonized NVH target setting methodologies for eDrive systems and spearheads North America's competitive benchmarking efforts and disseminating insights company-wide via teardown display exhibitions and live workshops.
