Mandar Ruikar

Mandar is currently working in PURE EV as a Thermal Engineer in the R&D Department (PURE EV is an IIT Hyderabad incubated start-up which manufactures Electric 2-wheelers). Mandar is working on Li-ion Battery Technology and Battery Thermal Management Systems (BTMS) with a focus towards consumer Safety, enhanced performance and enhanced driving range. His main areas of work include: 1. Cell-level characterisation 2. Module level thermal management 3. BMS design and integration 4. Mechanical Design and Product development
