Marcin Seredynski possesses over a decade of experience in both industrial and academic settings, specialising in the electrification of public transport. Currently, at the University of Luxembourg, he leads industry-oriented research projects within the realm of sustainable mobility. Before his tenure at the university, Marcin held several senior positions at Volvo Bus Corporation, where he primarily focused on optimising hybrid and electric bus fleets to enhance both economic and environmental performance.

He earned his M.Sc. in 2004 from the Warsaw University of Technology and successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis in 2009 at the University of Luxembourg in collaboration with the Polish Academy of Sciences. To date, he has authored more than 60 peer-reviewed scientific and technical articles.
