THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLASSIC & AGILE PROCESSES

Automotive SPICE, ISO26262 and other regulations aim to ensure high product quality by carefully controlling the product development and manufacturing process. A company that does not yet meet a required standard must adapt its process organization and/or its organizational structure, i.e. it must change. How an organizational change affects the employees concerned is a well-known part of change management. However, the processes themselves already have a psychological impact on the attitudes, feelings, behaviour and performance of employees, not just the change itself.

This presentation looks at the psychological impact of processes. In particular, the differences between classic and agile processes will be highlighted. This will result in recommendations for future change programs and target images.
