Presenters:
Alexander has been Senior Industry Strategy Manager Automotive at Autodesk since 2018. Before that, he spent eight years as a management consult in leading German boutique companies, with his last position being at h&z management consulting in Munich as Head of Automotive.
Prior to this, he spent four years working for BMW Group in Munich in R&D strategy and innovation management. He holds a PhD in business administration, focusing on innovation management from Copenhagen Business School and UC Berkeley.
Kishor is Manager of Application Engineering at Ansys, with a focus on the overall autonomous vehicle strategy, as well as the core optical simulation product line.
Kishor manages a customer-focused team of pre-sales engineers, with a very heavy involvement in lighting and autonomous driving applications for the automotive industry. He leads many engagements and projects with the major North American OEMs and Suppliers and is responsible for driving technical requirements from customers into the product development roadmap.
Prior to this, he has had both hardware and software experience with optics-related technologies, as a lead engineer at Ciena in Ottawa, Canada. During his time at Ciena he worked with the hardware design team to bring 100G photonics circuit packs to deployment.
He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University with a focus on optics.
Lionel Bennes
VRXPERIENCE Light Simulation Product Manager

Passionate about computer science, 3D and Virtual Reality since childhood, Lionel has more than 10 years of expertise in the field of Virtual Reality.
After completing his PhD in Virtual Reality for industry, Lionel worked as a research fellow for five years before joining Optis as an expert in virtual reality for physical ergonomics, maintenance, repair, and operations.
Since 2018, Optis has been part of the Ansys group. Lionel is now in charge of tailoring and providing best in class tools for real-time immersive virtual cockpit assessment and interactive simulation of HMIs for automotive and aerospace industries.
Marek Trawny
Head of Product Management, Automotive and Conceptual Design
Autodesk
Marek Trawny runs product management for Automotive and Conceptual Design (ACD) at Autodesk. He started as product manager for Automotive Visualization at Autodesk in 2013.
Together with his team, Marek now oversees the ACD product portfolio including Alias, VRED, Shotgun for Design Studios, Project Sugarhill and SketchBook. Marek is passionate about car design and based out of Berlin, Germany.
